This was the first book of Christina’s that I read and I was hooked. I bought everyone in the series that I became aware of. The books are short and packed with all kinds of info and highly entertaining. It provided tons of useful vocabulary, a lot of which is reinforced several times which really helps it stick. I also purchased her 500 Phrases course and quite a few of them which I had already memorized appeared all thru these books. That is a truly valuable feature because it gives context to phrases that you have memorized.
