Your audio recordings are stored on Google Drive. Here’s how to download them:

1. Click the link in the email to access the Google Drive folder.

2. To download a single file:

• Option 1: If you’re not signed into a Google account, hover over the file name and click the download icon (a downward arrow) that appears next to it.

• Option 2: If you’re signed into a Google account, click on the file name to select it, then click the three-dot menu icon (vertical dots) at the top-right corner of the page and select Download.

To download all files at once (not applicable on mobile devices):

• Option 1: If you’re not signed into a Google account, look for a “Download All” option or “Download as ZIP” button at the top of the page.

• Option 2: If signed in, click the three dots to the right of the folder name and select Download to download all files as a ZIP file.

3. Unzip the folder (if downloading multiple files):

• On Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to unzip it.

• On Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and choose Extract All.
